Youth Worker Temp to perm £85 - £90 a day Birmingham YSA Education are seeking dedicated and compassionate youth workers looking to transition to work at a SEND Primary School across Bimringham. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will provide assistance and support to young people who require help with daily tasks and activities within a classroom setting and throughout their school day. Experience: Previous experience in a residential setting Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with clients Patience, empathy, and compassion for others Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits: Typical full time school hours (08:30am-3:30pm) Long-term until the end of the academic year to permanent roles £85-£90 per day Optional team teach qualification (free of charge) DBS Refund Requirements: DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
