My client is a main contractor based in the city of London. They currently have an exciting new project and are looking for an Information Manager to join their team.
The vacancy is to start immediately. You MUST have ASITE experience and MUST have worked in the construction industry.
Requirements include:
1. 3-5 years’ experience within the construction industry.
2. Experience with the use of document systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintain document control filing and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
* Check the validity of documents according to the Document Numbering System.
* Record documents in the company database, organize dispatch, and collect comments.
* Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and managing diaries.
* Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
* Coordinate with other companies and sites.
* Perform various other duties on a day-to-day basis.
