Responsibilities Manage all administration within the engineering department, providing support for engineers, technicians and management staff Handle daily communication with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including airports, other airlines, and regulatory bodies. Schedule meetings and appointments with engineers and management, including travel arrangements. Supporting the recruitment and selection process Onboarding including issuing contracts & 5 year background checks Arranging medicals & initial training Provide HR support for the employee review process Taking notes and representing HR at meetings, including Annual Appraisals, Review Meetings and Disciplinary procedures.
