Personal Trainer - Weybridge, Surrey Hours: 32 hours per week Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking an exceptional Personal Trainer to deliver a premium health and fitness experience to our members. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on providing outstanding coaching, building strong relationships, and driving results through personalised training and support. The successful candidate will be passionate about people, committed to high standards, and motivated to grow their personal training business within the Club. You will play a key role in member engagement, delivering high-quality sessions, and supporting the wider fitness team to ensure every interaction reflects our Club’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a world-class health and fitness experience through high-quality personal training sessions that drive member satisfaction, retention, and results Act as a visible role model on the gym floor, proactively engaging with members to offer guidance, coaching, and motivation Maintain immaculate personal and professional standards across all fitness and studio environments, reflecting the club’s premium positioning Support a seamless member journey by collaborating with the wider fitness team across gym, classes, and wellness services Drive personal training revenue through proactive member engagement, consultations, and programme delivery Ensure all equipment and training areas are consistently clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout our hours of operation Build strong relationships with members, providing ongoing support, accountability, and tailored programming Stay up to date with industry best practices, maintaining relevant qualifications and continuously developing your skills Uphold all health, safety, and fitness policies, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members Maintain a high level of professionalism, contributing positively to the team culture and club environment Work closely with the Fitness Manager and wider team to support club initiatives, standards, and member engagement strategies Desired Skills: Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (minimum), with at least 2 years’ gym floor experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong member relationships Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional member results To be considered for the vacancy, please send your CV and covering letter by clicking 'Apply' .
