Financial Services Administrator | Altrincham | Hybrid Working | £32,000 A growing financial advice firm is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support advisers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role: A varied and client-focused position, including: Providing dedicated admin support to advisers Communicating with clients and providers professionally Processing applications across mortgages, protection, pensions, and investments Maintaining accurate client records and file notes Preparing meeting packs and assisting with follow-up actions Managing pipelines, reports, and compliance requirements Supporting with system updates and business submissions The person: Organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with clients and providers. Previous experience with financial software, back-office systems (Finplan preferred), and platforms such as Aegon, Quilter, Aviva, and Royal London is desirable. A proactive, adaptable team player with strong IT skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
