About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and caring Occupational Health Advisor to lead our on-site health and wellbeing service. You’ll work closely with HR and Operations to protect and promote employee health, shape well-being initiatives, and make a real impact on our culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead and support the Occupational Health team on site
2. Deliver health screening, surveillance, and return-to-work assessments
3. Provide expert advice on fitness for work and manage referrals
4. Support long-term absence cases and rehabilitation plans
5. Report on health trends and absence data
6. Drive health promotion campaigns and wellbeing programmes
7. Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
8. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Occupational Health experience
9. Strong clinical skills and first aid knowledge
10. Experience in health promotion and assessments
11. Confident in data analysis and reporting
12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
