What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
* Overseeing guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing and ushering.
* Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
* Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance and food handling.
* Running shift briefings and making on‑shift operational decisions.
* Coaching team members to build skills, confidence and progression.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
