As a Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in amplifying brand presence and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and other marketing materials to enhance brand awareness.
Podcast Editing: Assist with the editing, production, and promotion of company podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging content.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing company social media accounts, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement to grow our online presence.
Campaign Support: Work alongside the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Website & SEO: Support website updates, blog management, and SEO efforts to improve digital presence.
Event Coordination: Help organize and promote events, webinars, and networking opportunities that showcase our expertise in cybersecurity recruitment.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's tone of voice and branding guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, compile reports, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
What We're Looking For:
A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Mainly LinkedIn.).
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
A keen interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
4-5 years+ previous experience ideally in recruitment or tech sectors
A marketing-related degree is a plus but not required.
