Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, based at our new flagship offices in Morley in Leeds, this individual will provide executive support to the Regional Managing Director of our Yorkshire business.
Time management and prioritisation of Managing Directors diary and workload.
* Manage calls received for the Managing Director, ensuring comprehensive messages are taken where required.
* Diary Management - organising internal/external meetings and regional site visits.
* Manage Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) for customers under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
* Manage customer complaints which have escalated to MD. Liaising with the Customer Service Department to gather the relevant information to respond to the complaint.
* To ensure Health and Safety policies are implemented by liaising with Group SHE Advisor.
* Social Events – organise company events when required.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Proficient at MS Office 365 (desirable).
