This position is within the Global Brands Supply, Project Engineering team, supporting capital projects at manufacturing sites involved in distillation, brewing, spirits, and beer packaging and warehousing. The team aims to deliver capital expenditure projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead warehouse expansion projects from initiation to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
3. Implement industry-leading safety practices in collaboration with the supply chain and on-site workers.
4. Manage project risks impacting milestones, costs, and quality.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
6. Manage the project steering committee to ensure stakeholder engagement and project alignment.
7. Prepare and present progress reports on project status, finances, and risks.
8. Support efforts to assess and reduce the project's carbon emissions.
9. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and meeting minutes.
Required Skills and Experience

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale capital projects with a successful delivery record.
