You'll play a key role in maintaining a structured and supportive learning environment, working closely with teaching assistants and SEN professionals.

Cover Supervisor - SEN Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour using positive and proactive strategies
* Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure students' individual needs are met
* Maintain a calm, consistent, and supportive presence in the classroom
