Duties and Responsibilitie
Our Client is looking for a meticulous Food Safety Auditor to ensure that their food products meet all necessary public health regulations and standards.
The Food Safety Auditor will conduct regular audits of our manufacturing processes, review and assess risks and ensure that all safety procedures are being adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food safety regulations, be analytical, and detail-oriented.
The ultimate goal is to help maintain the highest quality of production for our consumers.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
* Conduct regular audits of food safety procedures and practices
* Identify and assess potential risks in the production process
* Ensure all food safety procedures are followed as per standards and regulations
* Report and document audit findings
* Recommend improvements to enhance food safety measures
* Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry trends
* Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices
* Maintain communication with management on food safety issues
* Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations
* Proven experience as a Food Safety Auditor or similar role
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000 etc.)
* Excellent observational and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
* Certification in food safety auditing is a plus
* BSc degree in Food Science, Microbiology or relevant field
