We’re recruiting for a Nursery Manager to take responsibility for the daily running of a thriving early years setting for children up to five years old. You’ll oversee curriculum delivery, quality standards, and staff leadership within a structured and well-supported environment. The role suits an experienced Manager or a senior Deputy looking to progress.
Before You Apply
* This role requires current or recent experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager in a similar setting.
* Applicants must hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
* This position is not suitable for candidates without management experience in an EYFS nursery environment.

What You’ll Need
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or very experienced Deputy Manager
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and regulatory frameworks
* Confidence managing staff performance, compliance, and day-to-day operations
* Experience with Ofsted inspections or regulatory processes
What You’ll Do
* Manage the day-to-day running of a busy nursery setting
* Implement the EYFS and oversee planning, observation, and record keeping
* Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements
* Build and maintain professional relationships with parents, carers, and families
* Work with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies as required
* Identify training needs within the team and support staff development planning
