I am recruiting for a temporary Student Information Officer to join a well established Educational organisation based in Birmingham. This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.
Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks
Responsibilities include:
* Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
* Receiving and recording eligibility documents
* Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
* Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
* Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
* Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
* Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
* Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
* Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
