Customer Support Executive Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. The Customer Support Executive is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager and Account Manager with client-related queries and follow-ups Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and support ticketing systems Accurately diagnose, manage, and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution Support the onboarding of new clients, including system setup guidance and training Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact Liaise with internal teams (development, sales, account management) to resolve more complex issues Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to processes or the product Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required Any other duties role may involve Person Specification: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience in a customer support or client-facing role Confident handling multiple queries across different channels Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Technically minded, with the ability to quickly learn software systems Well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Desirable Criteria: Experience working with SaaS platforms or booking/reservation systems Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or campsite sector Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems The Rewards The successful Customer Support Executive will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience.
