Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite Cheltenham

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the primary contact for customer queries, pre-sales inquiries, spares sales, and after-sales service. You will liaise mainly via telephone to resolve issues and promote our services.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with pre-sales inquiries, product selection, and showroom locations
* Handle incoming calls, identify requirements, and initiate appropriate actions
* Resolve post-sales issues and provide technical support
* Arrange service visits, spares sales, and promote warranties
* Conduct outbound follow-up calls
* Exceed customer service KPIs
* Create and promote brand awareness
* Provide administrative support as needed
Skills/Requirements
* Ability to understand technical issues and resolutions
* Experience in customer contact and interaction
* Excellent communication skills
