We are recruiting for a Finance Officer
To assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records for the Trust.
1. Key responsibilities include:
2. Organising the Finance Team's email inbox and managing incoming mail
3. Processing customer invoices and assisting with credit control
4. Collaborating with other teams to set up and process purchase orders and goods received notes
5. Processing supplier invoices, ensuring proper authorisation before payment approval
6. Providing general administrative support such as filing and scanning
7. Planning, organising, and managing workload to ensure duties are completed accurately and on time
8. Travel to other business locations may be required
Terms
Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week
