About The Role
We seek a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth. This role involves managing existing accounts and focusing on new business development within the North and Midlands. You will build relationships, conduct market research, and work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
2. Build and nurture client relationships
3. Conduct market research
4. Work with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
5. Collaborate internally to address customer needs

7. Willingness to travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in sales management or business development, with a focus on acquiring new business and increasing revenue. Experience selling windows, doors, or roofs is advantageous but not essential. You should be results-driven, personable, and eager to build a career in a growth-oriented company.
