Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) West of Scotland Area Services (Glasgow/Renfrew) Full Time & Part Time positions available Pay: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation, with progression up to £13.30 at your own pace. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Outreach service in Glasgow, which is a mixture of supporting individuals in their own homes and supporting in the community. Our dynamic Outreach service currently supports autistic adults in a range of social, learning, and community-based activities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Each person benefits from a personalised programme of support tailored to their unique needs, providing structure, consistency, and, for some, assistance with personal care and daily living tasks. As an Autism Practitioner, you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Developing and implementing personalised support plans. Building positive, trusting relationships. Supporting participation in activities such as local events, day trips, and holidays. Promoting life skills and providing personal care where required. Partnering with stakeholders to ensure each person s life goals and aspirations are always at the heart of their care. Hold a full UK manual driving licence. Be flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in a care or support setting is advantageous but not essential, full training is provided.
