If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join a dedicated organisation located on the outskirts of Bath. As Senior Administrator, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and Directors on various tasks, providing crucial financial and administrative support to the team and projects. Your key duties will include: Preparing and issuing sales invoices in collaboration with project managers and directors. Accurately inputting financial data into accounting and project management software. Analysing and processing purchase invoices. Managing project financial administration Liaising effectively with sub-consultants regarding their sub-contracts, invoicing, and insurance requirements. Providing support for Quality Management (ISO 9001) activities, including assisting with internal and external audits, maintaining records, and updating procedures. Contributing to Office Health, Safety & Wellbeing tasks Preparing for and attending monthly management and fee forecast meetings. Undertaking a variety of general administrative duties to support colleagues, including contact management, assisting with office events, scheduling meetings, monitoring shared email inboxes, and contributing to marketing tasks. About you: Experience within a similar position Excellent computer literacy, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with accounting software packages (knowledge of Pegasus Opera, Xero, or similar is highly advantageous). Excellent written English and strong numeracy skills.
