The Role:
You will provide vital administrative support across the office while assisting with accounts tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling transactions, and supporting payroll or bookkeeping processes. In addition, you will help manage our social media channels to increase engagement and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative tasks: scheduling, email management, data entry, and filing
* Assist the Office Manager with accounts functions (invoices, reconciliations, bookkeeping support)
* Help create and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms
* Monitor social media engagement and provide insights to improve reach
* Support internal communications and ad hoc office projects
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Basic accounts knowledge or experience supporting office accounts
* Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
