Role: Marketing Executive
Location: Milton Keynes (Fully Office Based)
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and can confidently work to tight deadlines. You will play a key role in supporting business growth, brand development, and bid activity, whilst working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Please note: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential and is the one non-negotiable requirement for this role. This software will be used on a daily basis to create case studies, marketing collateral, presentations and bid documentation.
Duties of a Marketing Executive:
1. Create compelling marketing and introduction materials to support business development activities
2. Lead and coordinate marketing projects from concept through to completion
3. Work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders across the business
4. Produce case studies, presentations and bid documentation using Adobe Creative Suite
5. Manage and develop multiple LinkedIn company pages
6. Coordinate activity with external agencies including PR and design partners
7. Monitor and analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics
8. Update and maintain website content
9. Coordinate professional photography and brand assets
10. Collaborate with global marketing teams on wider business initiatives
11. Manage and support one direct report
12. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
What we would like from you:
13. Previous experience within a Marketing Executive or similar marketing role
14. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
15. Experience producing marketing collateral, case studies and bid documentation
16. Excellent project management and organisational skills
17. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously
18. Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
19. Experience using Google Analytics
20. A proactive and solutions-focused approach
21. Experience using WordPress would be advantageous, but is not essential
