The Job Role:
In this role as Fleet Co-ordinator, you will work alongside the Fleet Co-ordinator (Planning) to ensure effective communication with all parties. Ensuring we execute the transport plan. Additionally to support the existing Fleet Co-ordinators in all aspects of the day to day operation of the fleet while ensuring we adhere to all aspects of fleet compliance.
Location: Lincolnshire - Based on Site.
Salary Package: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary Depending on Skills and Experience + Pension + Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with all drivers for a designated area ensuring they are on track with their planned jobs for the day and managing any deviation from that plan in a timely manner.
Communicating with all famers regarding collections from farms ensuring any changes or late collections are notified in a timely manner. Dealing with any issues or changes required following communication
Monitoring the execution of the plan throughout the day to ensure it runs smoothly and any impacts to the collection and delivery performance are minimised.
Communication with all parties including farmers, drivers, FSC’s, CSC’s, TSC’s maintaining excellent communication at all times.
Working with the vehicle management team to ensure all servicing arrangement and MOT’s are met and adhered to in accordance with instructions while ensuring minimum downtime and utilisation impact.
Ensuring that all drivers adhere to and comply with driver’s hours and working time regulations at all times.
Schedules transport movements for third party hauliers as required to compliment the fleet plan.
Ensures schedules are communicated to drivers in a timely manner.
Works to build good relationships with drivers, suppliers and consumers at all times.
Ensures self-management in terms of timekeeping, time management and focus on agreed objectives. Drives own pro-active approach to learning, development and continuous improvement in role. Develops objectives to support the Operational and personal strategic objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate would need to work alongside the managers as part of an efficient and committed team.
A background in Transport/Fleet would be desirable.
You would need to be thorough, accurate and confident in your approach with good attention to detail and build good working relationships with the drivers and the dealerships.
Experience with transport compliance software and understanding of driver regulations.
