Closing date for internal applications: 19th November 2025 The Purpose of this job is to be the true “eyes and ears” of a Global FPA team. The role will report to the Group Head of FPA and will work closely with them to help drive the Group’s financial performance. This is an extremely high-profile role in the organisation and would have principal ownership of the Group’s monthly forecasting and performance management rhythms, including the onward reporting to our Internal and External stakeholders. The role will offer engagement opportunities with the Group FD and Group CFO, as well as key BU and Regional Finance leaders. The role centres around the understanding of the Group’s financial performance, providing robust and data-led opinions to key Leadership stakeholders, distilling the complex operations of a large Group into the key messaging to help make decisions and understand performance. The business has grown considerably in recent years, and this opportunity offers the candidate a chance to have a seat at the table of a company that is on a significant upward trajectory with a mandate to prioritise and accelerate its FPA capabilities. This role will be pivotal in supporting them gear up for any future transactions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: This is not a financial reporting role (covered by a separate team) but a role that will work closely across key stakeholders to help drive the messaging of the Group’s performance both retrospectively and looking forward. Working within a team of 7 and with direct line management and analyst support, the responsibilities and accountabilities will include: Ownership of the Group’s FPA Internal and External reporting rhythms Ownership of the Group’s annual Budget & monthly / weekly forecasting processes: helping to translate reporting into meaningful insight Responsibility of the Group performance story and onwards messaging to stakeholders Analysis and Insight generation to help convey key messages, insights, risks and opportunities for the CFO, CEO, and Board. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting tools, and use of financial systems Level of Education CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience. Experience of working in large, complex international businesses. Work Experience Demonstrable and relevant FPA experience – working with senior leadership and stakeholders consistently Experience of quickly building business understanding and proven record of being proactive in finding opportunities to improve the Status Quo Providing messaging and financial analysis to help articulate performance / influence key stakeholders. Knowledge & Skills Excellent organisational skills Strong experience of financial business partnering and performance reporting.
