Do you want to give back to your local community by providing OUTSTANDING care to individuals who need extra support to stay at home where they feel most comfortable? Home Instead values what you do and knows you are not 'just a carer'. We are looking for reliable and compassionate people to join our growing team. As a Care Professional, your role will include:
1. Delivering person-centred care to our clients, treating them as you would your own loved ones. This may involve helping with personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and more, to ensure your client's wellbeing and comfort in their home.
2. Paid travel around Kendal and surrounding villages to support your clients — a Full UK Driving License and reliable transport are ESSENTIAL.
3. Spending at least 1 hour with your clients to build meaningful relationships.
4. Paid ongoing training with our Registered Nurse Dinah. We believe the difference between a good carer and an outstanding one is continuous training.
5. Full support from our Office Support Team 24/7.
Home Instead is the UK's most recommended home care provider on homecare.co.uk, rated 9.9/10 and OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission. Our personal pledge is to support and train our staff to be the very best, enabling them to deliver the care we would want for our own loved ones — nothing less.
