Job Title: Event Assistant\n\nLocation: Bank, London\n\nPay: £(phone number removed)phr\n\nHours: 10:30am-5:30pm\n\nDate: Tuesday 6th May 2025\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAct as the main administrator for the conference, managing the sign-in/sign-out process and overseeing the registration desk.\nMonitor meeting room usage and provide support to attendees with questions or directions.\nCollaborate closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth on-site operations.\nDistribute attendee welcome packs and materials.\nRecord and track attendance for approximately 60-80 guests.\nSupport the event alongside 4-5 sales team members. \n\nAre you a people person with a passion for events?
