Role OverviewAs the Systems Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the design, development, validation, and deployment of AB Dynamics automotive test equipment, ranging from track testing solutions (driving robot and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) target products) to laboratory-based testing equipment (SPMM, ANVH, SSTM).This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading automotive clients worldwide.What will you be doing?Lead and mentor a team of systems and validation engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureDrive the design and development of innovative automotive test equipment systems from concept to productionImplement safety mechanisms and redundancy strategies to enhance the robustness and reliability of our systemsWork closely with stakeholders to define and document system requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of functionality, performance, and safety criteriaCollaborate with Project Management team to plan, prioritize, manage resource allocation, and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraintsWhat are we looking for?A technical background - Most likely an Engineering Degree or similarProven experience (5+ years) in systems engineering, preferably in the automotive industry or related fieldStrong technical expertise in system design, requirements engineering, and integration of complex systemsProficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as SysML and requirements traceabilityExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsWhy join us?We are a part The AB Dynamics Group, an innovative, dynamic company with a friendly and supportive working environment.
