The Role: What You’ll Do
* Own and lead the entire food operation
* Inspire, develop, and work side-by-side with your kitchen team
* Deliver consistent quality through fresh, well-sourced ingredients
* Maintain top-notch kitchen standards and compliance
* Take responsibility for managing costs, stock, and suppliers
* Partner with the General Manager to plan events and future food strategy
