Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and timely high-quality removals services.
Lead and motivate removals operational and office staff, ensuring excellence of service and the profitable operation of the business.
Coordinate commercial and household goods moves, both domestic and international.
Manage budgets, P&L, and cost control to drive profitability.
Maintain compliance with health & safety and removals industry regulations.
Develop and maintain strong existing removals client relationships through excellent customer service.
Seek out ways to maintain and improve the business in an ever-changing business landscape.
Manage the sales team to deliver profitable revenue and develop new removals opportunities.
Schedule and dispatch the removals crews, vehicles, and resources efficiently.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training to removals team members.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional, fair and timely manner.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the removals or relocation industry.
Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic removals operations.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
