Position: National Sales Manager UKI - Infection Control
We are seeking a National Sales Manager for Getinge UKI, leading the Infection Control (IC) Sales team. You will play an integral role in planning and implementing programs involving the establishment and development of sales opportunities for capital IC equipment and TDOC solutions.
You will collaborate with your team to share, build, and meet our goals. As the National Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for sales, leading the sales plan, supporting colleagues, and connecting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily communication with Account Managers and the SRS team.
* Conduct regular field visits to manage and support key accounts, as well as review the performance of Account Managers.
* Perform annual appraisals of the Account Managers.
* Manage sales forecasts monthly and report to the Business Unit Head SRS in a timely manner.
* Ensure IC Capital equipment and TDOC sales meet turnover, GP, and EBITA targets within budget.
* Submit unit files for Demand Planning & Rolling forecast processes on time.
* Manage demo stock, conduct stock checks, and implement necessary controls.
* Ensure timely submission of tender documentation and coordinate pricing strategies with relevant managers.
* Liaise with factories responsible for Surgical Workplace products.
* Provide direction and development for the SRS sales activities.
* Oversee marketing activities for IC Capital and TDOC.
* Participate as a member of the management team.
* Collaborate across divisions and with commercial and service partners to create innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* HND/degree in Science or Engineering (desirable).
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen.
* Experience managing Profit & Loss statements.
Additional desired qualities include experience in Surgical Workflows, multi-site environments, leading medium-sized sales teams, high-level client interaction, and sales within the medical field. Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and coaching skills are essential. Candidates should be motivated by professional growth and able to work flexibly under pressure.
Other Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
* Ability to travel within the UK and internationally with overnight stays.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
