Job Description
* Strong techno-functional consultant who can work with their business team and contact centre teams to make changes and development in the Kustomer CRM system.
* Strong Kustomer system understanding and functional knowledge.
* Strong technical skills on the technology/ Kustomer system involved.
* Ability to analyse requirements, translate into technical requirements and make configuration and technical changes in Kustomer as needed.
* Ability to provide effective technical solutions, where needed on the CRM and related Customer contact centre technologies involved.
