Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Experience: Proven experience working with children in residential care or similar settings.
* Passion: A strong passion for transforming children's lives and making a positive impact.
