Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team for a fixed-term role. Working weekdays only, you will take charge of a straightforward, well-structured service, supported by a Commis Chef and a Kitchen Porter.
As a Sous Chef with Off to Work, youll play a key role in delivering a smooth, high-quality food service for one of our valued clients. Youll work as part of a small, supportive team and bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organisation to a well-paced, structured kitchen environment.
Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering a consistent daily offer, including:
Hot breakfast service
Two main course options
One soup
A salad bar
There are no orders to place .
Team Support:
The Commis Chef will prepare the deli/salad bar and assist with general prep.
A Kitchen Porter will support you with cleaning and maintenance duties.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:00am to 2:30pm daily
From 9th June to 4th July

What we are looking for:
Experience at Sous level or equivalent
Able to lead a small team through daily service
Organised, calm under pressure, and reliable
Confident in breakfast and lunch service prep and delivery
