Location - Coventry City Centre
Pay - £13.00 per hour – Weekly Pay
Start Date - Immediate Start Available
Working Hours - 09:00am to 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday)
Term - Temporary Ongoing

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
This position will involve supporting the Recruitment team with all aspects of resourcing, administration and compliance.
Duties will include:
•Sourcing and screening candidates
•Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
•Speaking with candidates and arranging registrations/interviews
•Managing candidate compliance and documentation
•General recruitment administration duties
•Supporting Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial recruitment operations
What We’re Looking For
•Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
•Good communication and organisational skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
•Driving licence/driving is not essential
