Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment for Levels 1-5 Health & Social Care.
* Create and implement creative resources to inspire outstanding learning.
* Monitor and track learner progress, promoting positive outcomes for students.
* Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
* Prepare lesson plans, mark work and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with the curriculum team and Curriculum Team Leaders at Dearne Valley.
* Produce quality training materials and engage learners through practical, theoretical and digital methods.
* Support staff in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3 vocational qualification or higher.
* Relevant teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to work towards).
* Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards).
* Experience working in Nursing and/or Mental Health is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to student success and an enthusiastic, engaging approach to teaching.
