About the Role Working closely with the Sales Department to ensure accurate processing of sales orders. Responsibilities: * Ensure smooth and accurate processing of sales orders * Purchasing invoice/credit note processing * Working with suppliers to ensure discounts are received * Liaising with Finance companies to ensure prompt payment * Working with internal depots to ensure accurate machinery records * Maintain Customer Records Candidate requirements: Previous sales administration experience Handling Enquiries Good Microsoft skills Good communication skills Customer service skills Ability to work in a team and on your own Good organisational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Production of Reports Analysis & Problem Solving Ability to work under pressure Experience of Ibcos Gold and Agricultural knowledge would be an advantage (but not essential) Full training to be given
