Interim Finance Manager (Projects) opportunity with a Glasgow based family business for a 4-6-month period. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have the following key responsibilities: Lead on major change projects, including the rollout of a T&A system in England Support the implementation of new payment processes SWB (Salaries, Wages & Benefits) reporting and analysis SWB forecasting and analysis for 2026/27 Troubleshoot weekly operational issues Stakeholder management across Finance, HR and Heads of Department Provide insights and recommendations across Payroll, T&A and other systems, processes and reporting Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and business planning Drive a continuous improvement culture Experience Required: Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) Able to work at pace with a strong drive for results in a high-pressure change environment High learning agility and strong analytical skills – Payroll experience is not essential Proven financial modelling experience On Offer: Competitive salary Glasgow based offices For more information on this opportunity, please contact Christina McLean at Rutherford Cross.
