Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: November 3,
End Date: December 24,
Working Pattern: Full Time - 8.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Parking on site
What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming smile for all visitors to the site. Your role will include:
1. Providing information about our services and facilities
2. Distribution of Post
3. Providing all visitors to the site with the appropriate Health & Safety information giving a brief induction to the site
4. Receiving deliveries for site staff
What We're Looking For:
5. Excellent communication skills and a cheerful demeanour
6. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving
8. Previous experience in a reception or facilities would be great but not essential
