We’re on the lookout for an inspiring, guest-focused leader to manage our iconic Splash venue, the heart of our resort experience. This is your chance to make a splash (literally!) while running a buzzing hub filled with energy, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
Fresh from a major refurbishment in 2024, our state-of-the-art pool complex features:
* Indoor and outdoor rapids
* High-thrill flumes
* A variety of slides
* Incredible aquatic attractions for family fun and adult-only events
With the capacity to welcome over 1,000 guests at a time, Splash is one of our most loved destinations, and we’re looking for someone to elevate it to the next level!
Your Responsibilities
* Lead from the Front: Be present with your team and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where fun is the focus.
* Own Your Venue: Manage team performance and guest experiences to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Create Memorable Moments: Oversee swim operations and coordinate unforgettable pool parties, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
* Think Smart: Monitor key metrics (P&L, NPS, payroll) and take action to keep your venue thriving.
* Plan Ahead: Organize rotas and resource planning to ensure your team is ready to deliver exceptional service.
* Inspire Your Crew: Coach, develop, and celebrate your team’s successes, fostering a culture where everyone shines.
* Collaborate Resort-Wide: Work with other teams to ensure our guests have an amazing experience every time.
What We're Looking For
* NPLQ: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
* Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing a venue.
* People Person: A natural leader who loves to lead by example.
* Commercially Savvy: Understand how to balance great service with strong business performance.
* Super Organized: Skilled in managing rotas, team planning, and guest volumes.
* Confident Communicator: Thrives in a team environment.
* Hands-On Attitude: Willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
