Location: Bedford Borough ️ Working Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 08:45 - 17:30 Rate: Up to £44.50 per hour (umbrella) Are you an experienced Manager ready to lead and develop a vital safeguarding service? We're seeking a Team Lead / Team Manager to oversee our Integrated Front Door (MASH) team on an interim basis! Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and embedding of the Integrated Front Door as the single contact point for safeguarding vulnerable children in Bedford. Ensure prompt, efficient responses to all contacts and referrals. Oversee operational decisions about contacts, referrals, and child-in-need assessments, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness. Maintain strict adherence to information governance protocols to safeguard data. Allocate work effectively within the team, ensuring protocols are followed per Working Together guidance. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to research enquiries, identify risks, and make timely decisions. Develop consensus views on individual cases and hold ultimate responsibility for decision-making. Deliver positive outcomes for children and young people through effective leadership.What happens now?
