Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Pattern: Monday 08:30‑17:30, Tuesday 08:30‑17:30, Wednesday 08:30‑17:30, Thursday 08:30‑17:30, Friday 08:30‑17:30
Rate of Pay: £12.63 per hour

What Your Working Day Will Look Like
* Participating in all branch processes
* Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
* Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
* Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Desired Qualifications & Experience
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
* Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
* Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
* Experience working in a customer‑focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality
* Ability to handle medications accurately
* Previous customer service training (optional)
