Job Description
Food & Beverage Team Member
Our mission at Novotel Edinburgh Centre is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.
12. Ensure breakfast and dining areas are tidy and food replenish at all times
13. Serving drinks and taking food orders through the POS system.
14. Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance ensure items are announced.
15. Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
16. Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
17. Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
18. Any other reasonable request as required by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
Qualifications

19. Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
20. Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
21. Fluent in English
22. Have great communication and customer relationship skills
23. Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
