What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: Up to Full Time Hours available – Typical shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 - 22:00 (Flexible Provider)
Your responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Supporting clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
* Providing companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued and listened to
* Carrying out light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
* Helping clients with shopping, errands, and attending appointments as needed
* Following tailored care plans to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences
* Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns to the management team
