HR Graduate (Recruitment)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our HR team, based at our head office in Caterham, Surrey. The focus of this role will be recruitment.
What you'll be doing: Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activities across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in recruitment, gaining hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
* Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
* Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools
* Create job adverts and support attraction campaigns
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
* Coordinate with hiring managers on shortlisting, interviews, and feedback
* Support the wider HR team with additional HR activities, projects, and initiatives.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Educated to degree level
Experience in recruitment or HR either work experience, placement or other work (desirable)
Strong communication skills & ability to tailor approach to different audiences
Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
Experience with using & managing large amounts of data and databases
Well-organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
A genuine interest in developing a career in Recruitment and Human Resources
