Senior Sales Specialist
Finders Keepers has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team based in North Oxford. Finders Keepers is a leading Estate Agency built on its exceptional knowledge and expertise.
This position will oversee our growing sales division and implement strategies to develop our sales brand across Oxfordshire. Key responsibilities:
* Management of the sales team
* Responsible for developing the FK Sales brand to increase revenue
* Negotiate deals and agree sales
* Proactively market properties
* Build relationships with clients and provide regular feedback
* Administration relating to sales progressing
* Responsible for ensuring clients are fully compliant
* Identify and nurture new business opportunities
Knowledge, skills, experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior sales/estate agency role
* Excellent track record in achieving targets
* Property mark level 3 sales qualification
* Able to demonstrate strong sales performance and people management
* Thorough understanding of legislation related to property sales
* Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate initiative and self‑motivation and work well within a team environment
* Positive energetic attitude
