We’re looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join our Fraud Analytics team, helping to protect our members from fraud and scams. In this role, you’ll work closely with subject matter experts to shape detection strategies, build insightful analyses, and create technical solutions that reduce losses while supporting an excellent customer experience. You’ll use your programming skills to develop queries, deliver meaningful insights, and represent the team across the business and the wider industry.
You’ll enjoy genuine autonomy in this role, supported by strong personal organisation and the ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to support the wider analytics team and the business by creating and delivering insightful, actionable fraud analysis that helps reduce financial losses and monitor performance. You’ll also respond to ad hoc requests for information and analysis from both regulators and internal stakeholders, contributing to meaningful decision‑making across the organisation. Your work will span the full reporting and analysis lifecycle, from gathering requirements and developing solutions to testing, deployment, and delivery.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring demonstrable experience in writing code from scratch using tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, or similar technologies, along with the ability to create high‑quality outputs using visualisation software such as Power BI or Tableau.
About you

As a minimum, you’ll need to have:
Demonstrable experience in writing code from scratch using SQL, SAS, Python or other analytical tools (motivation to add skills)
Demonstrable experience in producing clear, high‑quality outputs using visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong capability to interpret complex fraud data, spot emerging trends, and communicate your findings confidently to both technical and non‑technical audiences
A positive, change‑focused mindset, with enthusiasm for identifying improvements and supporting enhancements to processes
Excellent personal organisation, with the ability to manage your workload effectively, prioritise what matters most, and deliver consistently high‑quality work
