Overview
This role is offered by Taylor Rose, a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide. We are seeking legal professionals keen to work on a consultancy, fee‑sharing basis. Flexible work arrangements are available, including working from home or at one of our offices.
Responsibilities
* Provide conveyancing services in residential and commercial property for private and public‑sector clients.
* Maintain client relationships, manage case loads, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
* Collaborate with the consulting team to source new business and support established client relationships.
Qualifications
* Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE in residential or commercial conveyancing.
* Extensive experience in property law and related regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and determine own client base, hours, and volume of work.
