Description

Are you a self-motivated individual passionate about your work? Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next step? Are you a senior professional looking for a change or an experienced pensions expert looking for a new role to leverage your expertise? If so, this role could be for you. You will join our team in Redhill to work on our largest client, covering DB, DC, Hybrid, and Offshore arrangements.

Reporting to our Quality Assurance and Risk Director, you will handle a wide range of tasks including data reviews, chargeable project work, investigating errors and omissions, reviewing calculation issues, managing change through support teams, root cause analysis, change management, and client reporting and interaction.

As a leader in the marketplace, WTW offers excellent opportunities for experienced pensions administrators. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, potential career progression, support, and further training.

At WTW, we trust you to understand your work and the environment you need to succeed. Our colleagues work in a hybrid model, combining remote, in-person, and in-office interactions based on team, role, and client needs. Our flexibility is based on mutual trust; 'hybrid' is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

The Role

* Work within our Projects and Risk Team across DB and DC pension arrangements.
* Review data to identify issues, errors, and opportunities for chargeable activities.
* Address individual member-related errors and complete rectification activities.
* Draft client notifications and project estimate reports.
* Perform chargeable tasks, including calculation automation, pension rectification, data analysis, letter review, and strategic change.
* Create change requests to improve processes and introduce automation, supporting testing and system error investigations.
* Provide root cause analysis to help mitigate future risks.
* Manage tasks to deadlines and report progress.
* Deputise for your Team Leader when needed.
* Be a technical reference point on pension matters and activities.
* Support and mentor junior associates, providing regular feedback.
* Identify service improvements and communicate findings.
* Challenge procedures and suggest enhancements.
* Review work done by juniors to ensure quality and completeness.
* Coach on errors and hold feedback sessions.
* Produce test packs for automation and sign-off calculations for DB and DC members.
* Assist in data quality analysis during due diligence exercises.
* Manage data cleaning and large mailing projects.
* Scope costs for non-regular projects and monitor budgets.
* Provide professional, client-focused service to promote the WTW brand.

The Requirements

* Experience with occupational pension schemes.
