You will deputise for the Clinical Lead when required and help manage patient flow in partnership with the wider NHS team. Key responsibilities include: Holistically assessing patients for service suitability and ensuring safety throughout their care journey Supporting the Clinical Lead in operational and clinical management Deputising for the Clinical Lead as required Monitoring and maintaining high standards of patient care Collaborating with colleagues, patients, carers, and healthcare professionals What You’ll Need Active NMC registration At least 5 years post-registration experience as a registered nurse Previous experience in management or supervising staff desirable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) About You We’re looking for compassionate, collaborative, and patient-focused professionals who can lead by example.
