A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
10. Providing outstanding dog grooming services in store.
11. Drive the profit and sales success of the salon, achieving and exceeding sales targets
12. Coordinate the salon and clients including bookings in conjunction with the Store Manager
13. Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
14. Maintaining specific breed clips, while consistently upholding grooming standards and brand/product knowledge
15. Managing and coaching junior groomers
16. Create strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team
Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
17. Experience in a similar role or a senior Groomer ready to take that leadership step in their career
18. Ability to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon and store
19. Good knowledge of specific breed clips, with a commitment to maintaining grooming styles and brand/product knowledge
20. Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy animals as required
21. Demonstrated experience in handling and working with live animals
22. Maintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify them
23. Proven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction, and strong team collaboration
24. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and team members
25. Strong attention to detail
